Leila Alberti (Quilombo, SC, 1965) graduated in painting from the School of Music and Fine Arts of Paraná - EMBAP (1987) and post-graduated in Poetics in Contemporary Art Education - University of Paraná Tuiuti (2005). In his paintings the artist focuses on the research of color and a wide range of hues is constant throughout his pictorial production. The landscapes emerge as memories of elements not only of the past in the midst of nature but of what is seen and experienced in urban life marked by geometric planes. Among his main solo exhibitions stand out from those in the Krissart Space in Miami (2001), the House of Quilombo culture, SC (2000), and CEF Space Curitiba (1994). Among the collective that participated, they highlight the Ceramics Group in MON (Curitiba, 2013 and 2015), Coisas de Alice at the Museum Alfredo Andersen (Curitiba, 2013), the Elke Hall Hering Contemporary Art (Blumenau, SC, 2012 ), The Magical Journey Brazil ( at Macy's NY - Herald Square), 2012 and SP Expressions - Ward Nasse Gallery (New York, 2010).
